Care, shipping and packaging

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All handmade pottery should be handled with care, however as my pots are fired at over 1200ºC, so are dishwasher safe. Over time dishwashers can sometimes dull/scratch glazes, so to keep their fresh good looks it may be advisable to hand wash.

WAX MELT/ESSENTIAL OIL BURNERS

Surfaces should be heat resistant as the burners naturally get hot when in use, other surfaces should be protected when burners are on them.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I'm very happy to discuss custom orders, given that every item is hand made and fired twice, the lead times on custom orders can be a few weeks, any custom orders will require a 50% deposit.

PACKAGING

I carefully package all orders to be as robust as possible, and where possible I try and reuse packaging and bubblewrap, and reduce my use of fresh single use plastics.

UK SHIPPING 

Your order will be posted within 2 or 3 working days after you've placed your order. A confirmation email will be sent once shipped. Everything is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard which can take 2-3 working days, though I'm finding delivery times are sometimes a bit longer, unfortunately. Let me know if you'd like your order by 1st Class or Tracked Delivery and I can arrange that for you with an added fee.

EU SHIPPING

At the moment I’m not offering EU shipping due to buyers having to pay an additional tax upon delivery. If you are interested in purchasing for EU delivery, drop me a message and I’ll happily look into it on an ad hoc basis.

US AND REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

Unless I’ve arranged otherwise international orders will be posted within 2 or 3 days via Royal Mail International.
